The time has finally come: the long awaited premier of the DOTZ Kings of Sideways video a never seen before Gymkhana drift battle: street vs. air, racecar vs. aircraft, drift ace vs.
action pilot! A nail biting battle that couldn't be any more thrilling and comes with a
surprising, action game showdown.
During the big video shoot at the former military airport of Tököl, Hungary, where DOTZ Kings of Sideways partner Adam Frank operates his MyWay drift school, Dotz challenged
two motorsports giants to enter a once in a lifetime action duel: Drift pro Dominic Tiroch
versus former Red Bull Air Race world champion Hannes Arch. Besides the two pros, the
true stars of the video are Tiroch’s Dotz BMW E92 DD1 and Arch’s Zivko Edge 540. Tiroch’s
550HP hell ride is not only powered by Tomi Workshop with a S54 E46 M3 3.3L straight six cylinder engine, but thanks to Motul Racing oils also purrs like a kitten. It also comes with
some high class parts by KW automotive, Falken High Performance Tires, K-Sport Germany
Brake Systems, Remus Sportexhaust and Mishimoto Automotive.
The BMW received the perfect finish, thanks to Festool products, at Knud and Dominic
Tiroch’s Hotrod Hangar, so that it turned all heads during the thrilling spectacle
Shot 100% on the HERO3® action cameras of GoPro.
